Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
- The dog is physically unable to complete the pre-paid training sessions or has passed away.
- There is a family emergency that prevents completion of the pre-paid training sessions in a reasonable period of time. These situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- By My Side Dog Training decides, for any reason, not to continue training with a particular dog.

Cancellation Fees
Appointments cancelled within 24 hours (including reschedules) and any no-shows (within 15 minutes of the appointment time) will be charged a $20 fee. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Vaccinations
Dogs must be up-to-date on all vaccinations prior to beginning any training with By My Side Dog Training.

Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential unless permission is provided in writing.
